Integrate Your Communications

Break down your communications silos by integrating your church's membership information into Outlook. The sender of each email you receive will now be looked up in your ChMS and relevant information displayed right in Microsoft Outlook.

Features

Below is an overview of how the plugin works inside of Outlook.

If available a photo of the person will be displayed in Outlook. If you don't have many photos of your members you might check out our Member Photos Module.
Relevant contact information is displayed. This allows you to quickly convert an impersonal email exchange into a personal phone call. (Note: If you have Arena connected to your phone system phone numbers provide click-to-call functionality.)
Clicking on an individual's name or photo will open a browser window and load the person detail page. The member status is shown next to the name. If the record is inactive it will also note that fact.
If areas are configured the individual's area will be displayed.

Requirements

The following requirements must be met in order to use the Mobile Membership application.

Arena ChMS version 2010.1 or greater
Microsoft Outlook version 2007 or 2010 (version 2003 is not supported)
